What To Expect from D C Ketcham Photography

From the moment you contact me I will work with you to make your session wonderful. We will work together to find a date and time that work for both of us, and everyone that will be in your portraits.
A non-refundable deposit of $25 of your session fee must be paid in order to hold your date. It is not refundable, but it is transferable should you elect to change your date with at least 48 hours notice.

Once you arrive at your session, no matter the location you will be required to sign a release form and liability waiver. At that time the remainder of your session fee is also due, in cash or check. We can accept credit cards through Paypal (additional fee applies) Then we can start your session and the fun beings.
Let's just relax and have some fun! I want to capture you (or your children) being natural and the genuine expressions that will be treasured. Don't be afraid to sing, dance, laugh or anything else that makes you happy! Once your session is over I will edit a few images to give you a sneak preview in just a few days either on my blog, Facebook or by email if preffered. About a week after your session you will I will have proofs ready with about 20-30 images from your session. We can set up a consultation for proof review, and at that end of this time your print order and payment for prints are due. It can take anywhere from 2 and up to 4 weeks for print orders to come in, depending on your order. There is a $50 minimum print order. You will be contacted once all prints are proofed, approved and ready for you.
