It's what I hear ... Over and Over .. and .. To hear and see their excitement in front of me makes me feel good that I have shared with them what I see. 

It's sad to me, that we are created as masterpiece's but ...  alot of women don’t see their beauty every day, or at all. When they look in the mirror, they see their flaws. Age can take toll on our body and mind which results in poor confidence among so many women.

Having a conversation the other day I made one client think about how her husband sees her.. and that made her day and even a small tear... 
But yes... what about expressing yourself in ways you have never seen yourself before? The freedom to celebrate your womanhood, your body, all of your perfectly imperfect imperfections. Boudoir is more than just sexy women posing in lingerie. There is a powerful meaning behind every image that only the women in them would understand... and it's empowering 

It’s your time to indulge in things you have maybe missed out on because your time was spend making sure your children had everything... but take some time.. Invest In yourself and be happy where you are.

Model Photography in Cleveland and Pittsburgh with Claire Anastasia

If you've been following me at all, you know that I do model photography as well.... one of the most looked at photos are of Claire .. So.. Here is More of Claire Claire Anastasia.

Claire and I have worked together twice now and her first shoot was fantastic and we had to follow it up. 

Here in Cleveland area I do offer alot of model photography, but sometimes will also travel two hours east to Pittsburgh or even south to Columbus. This gives me a wide variety of models to work with.  

Collaborating with Claire Anastasia was phenominal the moment we met and got some amazing photos from it. 

I usually let me work speak and ... 

 

Model Photography for me is a way to push myself... try new things.. and keep moving forward.

Love Yourself. Boudoir Photography for yourself.

Boudoir ... seems one of the most popular shoots I am doing right now, and I am good with that... and I am one photographer who has photographed Boudoir for a while now, but doesn't flaunt it.
But boudoir photography is supposed to be flaunted ... for yourself and your significant other....

When I started this photography blog, it was more about getting more exposure.. and it seems then facebook took over, but the way facebook has made things... I am back to this.. but I love this photography blog and plan to use it more... especially when it comes to my boudoir photography.

Showing some skin, or being covered up.. its all in the mix.. One of the main staples of a boudoir session is a white sheet. Here are a few more examples of Boudoir by DcKetcham Photography during a recent session with a white sheet.

Over the years I've shot quite a bit of the white sheet... and then it went away .. but .. back to a few and I have to say I love it ... It builds even more confidence and its great for the ladies.

I always love doing detail shots .. and usually during boudoir sessions I recommend false lashes, well Ms. R didn't need them.

Pinup Photography and Calendar

It is my complete honor to be chosen as the photographer for Quaker Steak and Lube Calendar for their 2016 year and teamed up with Sin Studio Tattoo as we embark on the Pinup Style Calendar. 

The shoot is this weekend after we had some issues with the first date, but I couldnt be happier... Things are looking good for this and can't wait to photograph new faces and women!
