Boudoir is truly becoming the norm now, where even 6 years ago when I started it was still very hush hush... but NOW...

Now .. its mainstream!

Back in Style ....

I never really left... just... lost this here .. so... I really need to get going again for doing updating showing all of the wonderful portraits and options that DcKetcham Photography has to offer.

Its been a long few years of building up and each and every session is getting better.  I seem to push myself too much but yet its a passion.. thats right its a passion to do this.

I've had a few questions recently as I have been offering and photographing more boudoir sessions... but what is boudoir?

Boudoir photography is all about You and celebrating your inner and outer beauty.

Boudoir is personal, intimate and classy.

Boudoir photography is about showcasing the things that you love about yourself and also, carefully hiding some of the things that you do not like as much. Lingerie is the most popular attire for these portraits, but you can be completely clothed to make such a statement as well.

All sessions are done on location and in a location that you feel comfortable in, and are completely private. Just you, the camera and the photographer. Obviously, you can bring your friends along if you'd like to, and I do recommend a glass of wine or two for those over 21 to make you feel comfortable and relax.

Boudoir portraits can be done for any occasion... wether its a special occasion, such as a wedding gift, but also.. Think birthdays, think Christmas, Valentines Day or... just becuase. One of the best reasons that a few of my clients have said is that ... they are not getting any younger.
What man would not love an album of their beautiful wife?

Some ask about prints, but boudoir is a little different as you might be ordering that large 16x24 canvas from your session, but my most popular is a full album. These are great to have as they are small and discrete.. starting at 6" square. (Little black book as I call it) I can offer calendars, or many other items as well.

Importantly, that these portraits are done at your comfort level. You are in total control of the session from our pre-consulation until final product. These are personal and bringing in props such as sports jersetys, mens shirts, ties... lingerie and other props are very important and can also help you relax.
After the session, all of the iamges are edited to make you look even more beautiful than you already are and then presented to you on a password protected unsearchable proof gallery. Your images will not be shared with anyone, especially without your written permission.
